I'm attending Arizona State University, and I'm planning to head to medical school after I graduate. I can tutor a wide range of topics, but my specialties are the sciences. I've been working in the tutoring center on campus for the past year helping students learn science topics. I have a pretty good idea of where students slip up in various disciplines of science, and I've come up with ways to explain those concepts so that they are easier to understand. I like to try to make subjects seem easier and attainable to learn, because they are attainable. Sometimes students think a science class seems more difficult than it really is, and I like to help students come to this realization. I can also help students with test taking strategies and tips for the MCAT. It's pretty difficult test, but I believe I can help students achieve their goal scores through the strategy I provide and drilling on the exam's content.
