Insofar as certification goes, I am a Mechanical Engineer with a graduate degree. I am a scientist and an artist, and feel the two deeply influence each other. I feel science, like art, requires us to be creative and can be very enjoyable. I love to show my students that science, math, and technology can be a lot of fun. Working hard can be a blast. Humans can overcome adversity through hard work and commitment to our goals. Being assisted by a mentor can be part of that equation. Making the decision to find tutoring is the first step toward success! I am available to tutor a variety of subjects, including a range of mathematics (Algebra, Calculus, Geometry, Trigonometry, and Statistics), English, Mechanical Engineering, Physical Science, Physics, and Spanish. I am also well versed in various standardized tests such as the SAT, ACT, and GMAT.As a tutor, I work to bring out the best in my students. I enjoy helping them to overcome anxiety about subjects they struggle with. In my past, I also worked with tutors, and I understand how helpful they can be. I am passionate about teaching because I love to see the improvements in my students.
