I attended Central Michigan University, where I earned my bachelor's degree in Education with an emphasis in Athletic Training and my master's in Health Education. I have taught students ranging from elementary schoolers to college students. Previously, I've worked as a teacher's aide and also at a migrant education summer school, where I taught biology and health concepts. I have also served as a tutoring program coordinator for middle school students. Altogether, I have almost a decade of tutoring and teaching experience, and I bring the lessons I've learned from my students to each of my tutoring sessions. I can tutor many subjects, including anatomy and physiology, biology, English writing and grammar, nutrition, and public speaking. I enjoy developing creative and effective individualized tutoring plans for each of my students, as experience has taught me that no two students learn alike. I am an empathetic and energetic tutor, and I love helping each of my students achieve his or her academic goals. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, writing, cooking, taking in a good movie, and spending time serving as a trainer for elite athletes, including professional and Olympic-level athletes.
